6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Refund eligibility is subject to the Host’s cancellation policy and applicable fees.
• Prime Space Rentals reserves the right to cancel fraudulent bookings without prior notice.

7. LISTING & HOST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hosts must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for their properties.
• Hosts are responsible for maintaining the property’s quality and safety standards.
• Misrepresentation of a property may lead to removal from the platform without notice.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• Prime space Rentals BnB website acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses between Hosts and Guests.
• The website does not guarantee the accuracy of property listings or Host representations.
• Users agree to indemnify Prime Space Rentals against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from their use of the website.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

• Disputes shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties.
• If unresolved within 21 days, disputes will proceed to mediation facilitated by a mutually agreed mediator.
• If mediation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the Kenyan Arbitration Act (1995).
• The arbitration decision shall be final and binding.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Primespace Rentals BNB shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet failures, government restrictions, or pandemics.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

• Personal data collected through the website shall be handled in accordance with the Kenyan Data Protection Act (2019).
